Wedding in Malcesine and Hotel Querceto | Cinzia and Andrea
Wedding Reportage Photographer Malcesine – Lake Garda
Cinzia and Andrea are a couple from Friuli Venezia Giulia, who decided to get married in September in the wonderful location of Malcesine and precisely at the Scaliger Castle, pearl of Lake Garda! Cinzia and Andrea, who arrived with friends and relatives, chose for their stay and also for the reception and the evening dinner of the reception the beautiful and panoramic Hotel Querceto Wellness & Spa, Hotel immersed in the area of the hills overlooking Malcesine, on the slopes of the Monte Baldo. The view from this hotel is truly incredible, especially at sunset and in the evening, when the lights of the nearby villages look like stars in the middle of the blue. Cinzia and Andrea got ready in the hotel, surrounded by their closest friends. The details they have chosen (prepared by themselves) for their wedding in Malcesine are also very beautiful and personal, such as the handbags with gifts for the guests, the wedding ring cushion with their favorite characters, the wedding favors… Cinzia was make up by the talented Make-up Artist Lisa Semenzato, who got her ready for the long and exciting day! Andrea, on the other hand, prepared himself. To transport guests from the Hotel Querceto to the Scaliger Castle in Malcesine, where the parents was waiting for them, transfers have been organized with Ape Calessino, the only vehicle that can climb and reach the foot of the Castle! Andrea was accompanied to the altar by his mother, while Cinzia (who for the occasion chose a white Ape Calessino) arrived accompanied by her very excited father. The Castle of Malcesine, with its breathtaking view and the incredible panorama of Lake Garda, left all guests breathless! The ceremony was very emotional, at all times and above all when the spouses celebrated the “rite of the candle” (or “Rite of Light”), this rite is done after exchanging the rings, the spouses take their candle in hand , symbol of their personality, and together they light the bigger one which, from that moment on, will start to burn as a symbol of their new life. The speech given at this moment by the mother of the bride was full of strong emotions for everyone! really touching! and of course I was moved myself! After the ceremony and the family photos at the foot of the Castle of Malcesine, with Andrea and Cinzia we walked near the Castle and its panoramic terraces for the small portrait session I do of the spouses, the guests in the meantime had already reached the Hotel Querceto Wellness & Spa, to await the arrival of Cinzia and Andrea and welcome them with confetti! The reception took place entirely on the panoramic terrace of the Hotel Querceto, until sunset, when a thousand lights from the nearby villages turned on in the blue of the lake. This is also a truly breathtaking panorama! The evening then continued with dinner, and then also the cutting of the cake by the lake! Dear Cinzia and Andrea, thank you very much for the emotions you shared with me too! Fresh beer after the ceremony in the village of Malcesine…unforgettable! I wish you all the best in your new life!
